All services are carried out based on the condition of the vehicle and may vary depending on level of contamination, wear, or damage.
3. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once agreed via phone, message, or email.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings where necessary.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking.
4. Pricing
All prices shown are “from” prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements.
Heavily soiled, neglected, or oversized vehicles may incur additional charges.
Any additional costs will be communicated and agreed with the customer before work begins.
5. Vehicle Condition
By booking a service, you confirm that:
The vehicle is in a safe and legal condition to work on
All personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle
DetailingPRO.ie is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable for work.
6. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash and/or electronic payment methods (as available).
Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future services or legal action where necessary.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
We understand that circumstances change, and we ask customers to contact us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
8. Service Results
All services are carried out to a high professional standard.
Results may vary depending on vehicle age, condition, and previous maintenance.
Paint correction does not guarantee removal of all defects, especially deep scratches or damage beyond the clear coat.
Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to achieve full durability.
9. Liability
DetailingPRO.ie will take all reasonable care when working on your vehicle.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear and tear.
We are not responsible for electrical faults, battery issues, or mechanical failures unrelated to our work.
Customers must disclose any known issues prior to service.
10. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
The vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable
The customer is abusive or uncooperative
The requested work is outside our professional scope
